Ready to Ship
I offer a selection of butterflies that are ready to ship and listed on my website. Orders for these items are typically mailed out within 2-5 business days. Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Made to Order
For custom or made-to-order products, please allow 3-8 weeks for me to create and ship your piece. Each handcrafted item requires time and care to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.

Inspecting Your Package
When your package arrives, please inspect it right away for any damage that may have occurred during transit. If there’s an issue, I ask that you report it to me on the same day and include photo evidence of the damage. Depending on the situation, I may ask you to return the item for repairs or offer a replacement.

Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, I accept returns within one week of delivery. Please ensure the item is securely repackaged exactly as you received it to avoid damage during the return. While I cannot cover return shipping fees, once I’ve reviewed and approved the returned piece, I’ll process your refund. I’ll notify you as soon as the refund is complete.
